Look what has arrived from Florida......

TA DA!!!! The boat Gary bought in America has finally made it here, customs cleared it last week after putting it in quarantine for a clean........ Had to follow it from Freo to our place and lets just say it takes up a full lane plus a little bit more - must have been a sight seeing a 6 wheeler tip truck pulling along the boat!!!! I only saw the back end of it the whole way rofl. It needs lots of tlc inside and a complete rewiring but the hull is good and a bit of a scrub and we will have it up and going by Xmas - Rottnest here we come :)

and this will be for sale as soon as the windows get put in - let us know if you know anyone wanting to buy a 28 foot Razorline boat! lol I need somewhere to park my car!!!!!

Happy Chocolatey Easter!!

Half way through Easter Sunday and I think the girls have had too much chocolate although I have been monitoring...... PLUS they are tired from getting up so early..... Anyway had brekkie at Aunty Helens and an Egg Hunt there as you can see by the photo's - lots of big kids too!!!!

Also finished one of Twiddleybitz new ACRYLIC Free standing Butterfly Albums - these are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun - I love acrylics and these are fantastic quality and cheaper than all others I have seen - pop over to their webite/blog to check them out then ask your LSS to GET THEM IN!!!!!!!

Happy Easter everyone :)

Used the new range of GRUNGE alpha's from Twiddleybitz

Cupid and candleabra is from Twiddleybitz as well :)

Easter is going to be a quiet one for us as Gary is working in Bayswater on a mining company's factory floor..So it is a time to catch up and get a few things done before the mayhem that will engulf us during April!Girls have lots of chocolates already hhmmmmmmmm and keep asking for chocolate - am I a strict mum if I say no after they have had a few??????

Anyway - done one challenge over at 3AS for Easter - use turquoise, orange and black - knew exactly which photo would do!!! Also giving you a look at this weeks DT work as tomorrow morning we are at Aunty Helens for brekkie and have a egg hunt here in the arvo once Gary is home :)This week we had to demo hand cut titles.....well I did this several weeks ago but ended up using it for last's week LO so had to do another one - bought a cuttlebug last weekend to help cut out Telia's name for her invites and it was on special and I had to have one lol!!! SO I used it for this weeks LO as well.....

Been a bit crazy here - lots of visitors who most of the time don't know when they have outstayed their welcome......I think last night was the first night in probably nearly two weeks that we had to ourselves. Told you it has been crazy.

Boat has arrived from Florida - it actually got here at the beginning of March but was held up with customs and needed a steam clean before they would release it. So we are now picking it up on Tuesday and putting it.......still to be decided as we have a boat and 3 cars in our driveway at the moment - most times I have had to park on our lawn as the driveway has been taken up with visitors cars as well....

ok need to run to the shops to get a couple of things like toilet paper!!! Have a great Easter everyone and don't eat toooo many chocolates all at once lol :)

Time for a Christening

Gary has taken the girls out this morning to the beach with the Martins so I can have some me time. Finished off my parts of Telia's invites (including cutting the word TELIA and 21 out 60 times on my new cuttlebug!) and now in here updating.

Last weekend was Ben's christening. Beautiful day, service and company :)

Also have uploaded this twice today to 3AS but it isn't coming up so will try again later - this weeks product for DT work was felt fusion by Queen and Co - Love the purple swirls so kept it simple to show it off :) Boy it is hard to do minimalistic lol

some DT work for 3 Angels Scrapping :)

Forgot to add these to my blog over the last couple of weeks.....lol been busy! One was demonstrating using ribbon - hence the ribbon bits used to create a "piano keyboard" on my letter "I" and the journal is actually tomorrow's one - I made it for Maureen to record her battle with cancer in :)

Got some awesome news yesterday - Jodi received the results of her amnio which was done earlier this week and her results are all OK!!!! YAY so it is full steam ahead - CONGRATS JODI - I am sooooo happy for you and Craig and Jonah :) :) :)

ok - must keep working on a little project which I may be able to show off soon!

one last thing - a HUGE BIG THANKYOU to Kays for making me a new banner for my blog - isn't it gorgeous!! What a stunning family I have :)

Camping at Grey!

Been a little bit busy packing and unpacking and then packing and unpacking again! That's right we went camping at Grey - we had to take just about everything but the kitchen sink lol! Most of last week was spent running around getting what we needed and then this week I think it took its toll on me and I am still putting things away with a nanna nap or two! The girls had a great time although Chionia came down with a 24 hour stomach bug on the first day - they went quad bike riding - loved the beach with the sand toys and swimming and Tom's Jump station (think of a large tyre about 4M across with a trampoline mat that has an anchor for it to stay put in the water!) and everything about Grey I think! Grey is about 9kms south of Cervantes which is about 2.5 hours North of Perth - it is a collection of old fishing shacks
- most of which have been made with tin etc! We are lucky enough to have the only brick one there aalthough it is in terrible need of some TLC...... About 2 hours to clean out all the sand when we got there and scrub the stove kitchen toilet and black fridge... Showers involved heating the HUGE kettle with rainwater and then adding cold rainwater to a large bucket that we would hoist into the air and then unscrew the shower head to release the water! It would take a while but what else is there to do!!!

Add to that Jess had her school assmebly that week in which the theme was clowns - it was a great assembly - lots of pranks and stilt walking (GO JESS) and hoola hoop twirling, stunts acrobats and poems :)

Family - well a mix bag - Maureen goes for her next lot of chemo this coming Tues - her hair has started to fall out :( but this is her good week so no ulcers etc - the other good news is that she can feel the lump has shrunk significantly YAY!!! Damo and Lisa on the other hand need huge big hugs after losing a bub at nearly 10 weeks. This is the second time for them and I know how they feel - very cheated and wondering what they did wrong - Jess though was my third time lucky so fingers crossed it will happen for them too. Me - I have really really high iron levels which are being investigated - will know more in a few weeks after more tests and ultrasounds.

Blogger is playing up so had better finish this so it will post! Take care all :)
